Privacy Policy & Covenant. Zero tracking, zero ads, pure peace.

WordConnect operates with an independent ministry model. We do not generate revenue by monetizing audience attention, building behavioral profiles, or syndicating user data to commercial data brokers.

This Privacy Policy applies to the WordConnect Android mobile application and our official website at https://wcapp.in. By using the platform, you acknowledge the privacy-first data practices detailed herein.

Unlike modern social and commercial applications, WordConnect does not require you to register an account, log in with Google or Facebook, or verify a phone number:

• Immediate Devotional Access: You can read the Bible across multiple translations, browse 1,000+ worship lyrics, and access kids games immediately upon installation.
• No Personal Identifiers Stored: We do not ask for your real name, birthdate, gender, or contact lists.
• No In-App Identity Tracking: Users are not assigned persistent tracking IDs or behavioral profiling tokens.

All personal data generated through your devotional walk is retained exclusively on your physical hardware:

Because WordConnect servers have no cloud copies of your bookmarks or notes, we cannot view, analyze, or recover them if you wipe your device without a local backup.

Commercial mobile apps frequently embed third-party surveillance code to target advertisements. WordConnect maintains an uncompromising standard:

• Zero Advertising Networks: No Google AdMob, Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network, or interstitial networks exist in the code.
• Zero Behavioral Telemetry: No analytics SDKs (such as Google Analytics for Firebase, AppsFlyer, or Adjust) track user behavior, session times, or verse views.
• No Cookies on Website: The official web portal at wcapp.in does not use tracking cookies or marketing pixels.

WordConnect includes a dedicated Kids Corner designed for young disciples and certified compliant under the Google Play Families Policy and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):

• Zero Minor Data Collection: We do not collect names, photos, location coordinates, audio recordings, or device identifiers from children.
• Quarantined Environment: Kids Corner contains zero links to external unvetted websites, zero social feeds, and zero messaging capabilities.
• 100% Ad-Free Guarantee: Children are never exposed to commercial ads, upsells, in-app purchases, or product sponsorships.

Select optional features connect to external internet endpoints strictly to fetch religious media content:

• Daily Scripture Sync: Fetches daily verse texts via OurManna and wcapp.in. These network queries transmit zero personal information.
• Google Maps Church Locator: Nearby church discovery uses the Google Maps API in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. Location permission is optional and utilized strictly in real time.
• Encrypted Transport: All live data queries utilize industry-standard HTTPS encryption (TLS 1.2+) to prevent eavesdropping.

When you submit a private prayer request through the WordConnect app, your submission is received under a solemn pastoral covenant:

Prayer submissions are purged periodically from intercession inboxes once ministry care has concluded.

When purchasing Christian physical goods (Bibles, devotionals, mugs, bookmarks) through the app:

• Fulfillment-Only Use: Your delivery address, recipient name, and contact telephone number are utilized solely to dispatch and deliver the package.
• No Third-Party Resale: WordConnect never sells, rents, or shares customer lists with outside marketing agencies or advertisers.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Customer phone numbers are used strictly for courier delivery verification.

Because WordConnect stores your data locally on your phone, you maintain 100% control over your data at all times:

No residual profile remains on any external cloud server because no profile was ever created.
